Ingredients:

Wheatfeed, Grass, Wheat, De-hulled Soya, Oatfeed, Full Fat Soya, Dicalcium Phosphate, Limestone, Salt,  Methionine, Vitamin / trace element premix.  Contains Ronozyme P5000, phytase enzyme minimum activity 900 FYT/kg of feed, for the improvement of utilisation of phytate phosphorus.

Feeding Guide:

Sexual maturity in the Rhea is around 2 years of age. Breeder 

may be fed from 4-5 weeks before the onset of lay.  Eggs are laid at the rate of one every 1-2 days with production in the region of 

30-90 eggs per hen per year.   If fed with hay or pasture access then at least 2 kg per day of the nutrition of the bird should come from the feed. 

 To reduce the risk of food impaction access to water and grit must be available at all times.

Feeding Guide:

Should be fed from 9-12 weeks of age (26-30kg) up to 26 weeks 

(80-90kg)

 If fed with hay or pasture access then at least 80’% of the 

nutrition of the bird should come from the feed. To reduce the risk 

of food impaction access to water and grit must be available at all 

times. 

To reduce wastage it is beneficial to feed as much as the birds

will eat during the day. If food is completely eaten before the end 

of the day increase feed by 5-10% the following day.

Gradually change to the finisher / maintenance diet over a period 

of 10-14 days.
